JOB TITLE: Talen Acquisition Specialist

JOB SUMMARY / DESCRIPTION

ECRS is seeking a full cycle technical and corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist to work with our leaders to hire top talent to join ECRS. You will be driving sourcing strategy and recruiting efforts for our technical and corporate teams to hire top talent for ECRS. If you have a strong technical recruiting background, with experience partnering with a variety of internal and external stakeholders then this would be a great position and opportunity for you.

What You Will Bring:

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, focused in technology
  • 3+ years of corporate/in-house recruiting experience
  • Strong communication skills and business insight necessary to interact with candidates, hiring managers and senior leaders within the organization
  • Proven and successful track record of engaging, selling and recruiting senior technical talent
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and can quickly prioritize when presented with a list of all top priority situations
  • Comprehensive knowledge of outside research and trends in Recruiting
  • Proven sourcing strategies with supporting metrics
  • Serves as Recruiting advisor to other team members, senior leaders, and key organizational stakeholders
  • Flexible in adjusting to changes in goals and priorities

Impact You'll Make

  • Provide full life cycle, recruiting for our teams at ECRS.
  • Take a consultative role with hiring managers
  • Use a combination of recruiting techniques to creatively evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
  • Act as an advocate for both company and candidates throughout hiring process
  • Track, maintain, and improve recruitment metrics

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience
  • BA/BS Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Oriented towards results, details, and quality
  • Able to determine and work to priorities according to company requirements
