The LoyaltyBot Implementation and Support Technician is responsible for managing setup, configuration, specialized support, and related technical processes associated with ECRS' retail Loyalty service, LoyaltyBot™. This position will also serve as a consultant, ensuring ECRS customers are following documented best practices for success, and support technician, helping resolve technical issues with the platform.

This role resides within the ECRS Professional Services department. The Professional Services department is focused on implementation and support of ECRS subscription-based services that complement CATAPULT® Retail Point-of-Sale.

Customer Loyalty & Marketing System | ECRS


  • Become an area expert on the ECRS' LoyaltyBot service, to include campaign management
  • Communication with Professional Services management on support trends, issue escalation, and customer concerns.
  • Onboarding, installation, and configuration of LoyaltyBot for new and existing customers
  • Specialized customer support for LoyaltyBot related issues
  • Coordination with third-party vendors as required for customer projects
  • Adherence to published best practices, policy, SLAs, and technical documentation
  • Assistance in creating internal and external documentation


  • Ability to learn, use, and troubleshoot retail software
  • Marketing and/or technical experience with retail loyalty, rewards programs and email/text outreach programs
  • Experience in hard goods retail is a plus (grocery, pharmacy, convenience, natural/specialty grocery, beverage)
  • Experience with Jira™ Software a plus
  • Strong written, telephone, and personal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to self-manage time efficiently
  • Effective customer service skills, which includes a positive attitude, helpful customer interaction, and maintenance of ongoing customer relationship
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility to meet changing needs
