JOB SUMMARY / DESCRIPTION

The Customer Training Coordinator supports training initiatives for ECRS customers and the ECRS Training team. The Customer Training Coordinator is responsible for organizing training content, registrations, training sales orders, and updating customer facing verticals. This role collaborates across ECRS departments to execute sufficient training content for customers. This role manages the Online Learning Center external training modules.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all administrative duties for the Customer Care team, including scheduling customer meetings, updating spreadsheets to track customer outreach initiatives, assisting with updating customer records, etc.
  • Coordinate all ECRS external training scheduling, content, updates, record-management, and communications.
  • Manage all CATAPULT University registration, scheduling, and booking processes.
  • Coordinate Training ticket queue and Hubspot to ensure all tickets have been assigned and customers are assisted in a timely manner.
  • CATU Responsibilities
    • Setup deals in Hubspot
    • Vetting of registrants for CATU
    • Create and process tickets for registration fees
    • Participant setup confirmation for CATU experience and troubleshoot as needed.
    • Assist in Scheduling Post Install Office Hours with newly installed Customers
  • Support Ignite initiatives with session content, presentations, and other responsibilities as needed.
  • Coordinate all statuses of pending training registrations and return credits.
  • Responsible for external training data and metrics reporting.
  • Maintain and promote training offerings to customers.
  • Manage incremental improvements to all external training using feedback, trends, and audits.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High degree of organization and ability to handle multiple objectives at once.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Team player attitude and history of team collaboration.
  • CATAPULT experience is not required, but preferred.
